Everyone Knows the Real Party is in the Kitchen.

So, pull up a barstool, grab your favorite libation, and join the fun in Marlene’s kitchen! In addition to her teaching and cooking expertise, Marlene is known for her humor and down-to-earth nature. Students have commented that her classes are less like school, and more like hanging out around a friend’s kitchen island, enjoying drinks and chatting while the host prepares a meal.

Students are encouraged to interrupt to ask questions, and interact with other students from all over the country. And while it’s definitely not required, if you’d like to cook along, you can do that, too! You’ll receive the recipes in advance so you can purchase the ingredients.

Marlene is excited to announce that she is again teaching in her home in Palm Desert, CA. The classes are small, intimate and are a fun way to spend an afternoon. After the menu demonstration is completed, you are invited to stay and have luncheon and socialize with your fellow students and Marlene.
